Item Description:

The message that graces the front of this frame is a true celebration of love and marriage. The frame is crafted of solid wood with a wood mat and easel back. We laser engrave the heart with any 2 names, up to 9 characters each, joined by a "&" sign and add any numeric date. Select a black or white frame and horizontal or vertical orientation. Frame holds 1 4” x 6” photo. It measures 9” x 11” overall.

For personalization, the "&" will automatically appear. Please only enter two names of your choosing.

Poor Quality, Incorrect personalization August 26, 2012
"Recieved this frame and the personalization wasn't 100%corret. The bride's name was Rae-Lynn and they left out the hyphen...but it was still useable. However, the frame also had various scratches and scuffs. The personalized front-part of the frame was just laying on top of the actual picture frame and I had to take the frame apart and put the front part of the frame underneath the glass (where I'm assuming it belonged) Hopefully I put it together correctly...in the end I had to give the gift like it was because I didn't have time to return it and get something new before the wedding date...."

Broke apart the same day!! August 23, 2012
"I have purchased quite a few things from personal creations in the past, all of them being of extremely good quality. I recently ordered this personalized picture frame for a childhood friend for a bridal shower gift. I had this shipped directly to her house. Upon receiving it, she was thrilled. But when she took the frame out of the box, the frame broke apart. She had to super glue this back together. With the cost of the frame, I would have expected a better quality. This is embarrassing to me as well. I would not recommend this!"

"I felt compelled to write a review on this product after reading so many negative reviews. I ordered the black frame and it came within a few days. It was packaged well, and although it was not assembled, I did not think it was a big deal to put the mat into the frame. The frame is black and is of fine quality, and the lettering is gold and very easy to read (despite other reviews to the contrary). I'm very excited to give this gift to my future sister in law for her shower next month."
