Backing difficult to remove, frame with square openings off center April 15, 2012
"I have ordered this gift many times for new babies. This is the first time the product is unsatisfactory. The backing had to be pried off which will create difficulty every month when a new monthly photo is inserted. When the frame is hanging, however, the 12 month squares for each month look crooked/off center. I gave it to my daughter out of town so I cannot send a photo. I have ordered many times from Personal Creation and this is very unusual to be dissatisfied with your product."
