We laser engrave the wood mat with any title or name up to 15 characters, and any 2-line message, up to 55 characters per line. Measures approximately 11"H x 9"W overall.

I was very unsatisfied with this product December 28, 2012
"I received the frame with tons of scratches and the writing carved into the frame was very difficult to read. The worst of it was that the back piece did not fit and I literally had to carve it down in order to be able to put the frame together. The glass was also scratched and was not cut to size, it seems to be a lot smaller than it should be and was also cut very crooked. Overall, I am really not at all happy with this product for the price I paid."

"I bought this to give as a parents gift at my wedding because I liked being able to personalize more than the standard number of characters but didn't end up giving it due to the low quality. If you are giving to a child or someone as a casual gift it may be ok but for a nicer gift look for something else. As others mentioned the wording can get cut off and the matting was scratched. Not the impression I was hoping to make so went another route."

"I had to reorder the "engraved plate" because once you put it into the frame it cut off part of the words. The frame itself is a little scratched up...it appears maybe from how it had to be secured during the engraving. I'm going to keep it and give it as a gift as I planned but I would not order this item again."

"I purchased this special creation for my boyfriend as a going away gift for his move to the West Coast. The fonts used are beautiful and the quality was much nicer than I expected, given the affordable price. On the frame I put a quote from "our song." I'm sure he's going to love it!"

Poor quality custom picture frame May 17, 2012
"This was purchased as a mothers day gift for my wife and when the frame arrived, the personalized insert was 1/2" too large in both directions to fit within the frame. I am not sure if anyone looked at this prior to putting it in the box to ship. Quite disappointed after I paid extra to have the gift shipped in time for Mothers day. Hopefully personal creations fixes the error properly."
