"So my pillow shams arrived perfectly on time, the lettering was correct, nothing misspelled. looks SO beautiful on my bed! My fiance loved them! Only one complaint. When you wash and dry them, they come out wrinkly and must be pressed if you want them to look pressed and pretty. But I did, and it was SO WORTH IT!"

"Bought these personalized shams for me and my wife's two year wedding anniversary. When they arrived I was not happy. Had my wife not been the only one home and opened them when they arrived I would have never gave them to her. I was embarrassed at the low quality of this product. The names are so light you can barely see them. They are not embroidered. This company uses iron on patches as their embroidery. CHEAP... I could have bought two white shams and embroidered them myself better."

"I ordered these Shams because I had already purchased the set of pillowcases and loved them. I was very disappointed when I received them. The names on the Shams came out so light you could bearly see it. So I thought maybe it was just a bad order so I called and the company sent me a set of new Shams with the names and it was the same thing. I don't know if their machines need new ink or what, but the pillowcases are great but the Shams were not."
