Pail had missing letter, however company resent a new pail very quickly date: December 15, 2011
"We had originally orderd 5 buckets, 1 had a missing letter. When I advised Customer Service I got an immediate response and a replacement bucket was sent and received very quickly. These buckets are very cute, and will be very useful. I'm sure our Son and Grandsons will be very happy come Christmas morning."

"My father-in-law is impossible to buy for and I think this pail will be a hit! Looks just like the picture and is actually surprisingly comfortable to sit on. Will work great in the boat or for ice fishing. My only complaint is that there is no way to secure the top-it just lifts off. Would be nice if you could screw it down or something."

"I definately recommend this pail. The image is well done and the item is sturdy. My only gripe is I wanted to be able to put 2 peoples names on it and there was enough room for this in the box where you put the name (wanted to put my sons name and the word dad) but the computer would only let me enter one name."

"I bought this product for my father for Father's Day. It came in just as it appears in the photo. Name on the side looked great. Nice blue coloring. Cushion on top was good, but the top/lid does not seal onto the bucket. The top/lid just sits on the top of the bucket. This is not a complaint, but it should be in the description in case someone was expecting it to."

"I got this for my dad for christmas, and it was absolutely adorable! I love it, great quality! The only bad thing I can say it that it is a little pricey for a bucket, but it really is nice. I'm thinking of getting a couple more for gifts this year."
