"I was dissapointed when I got this in the mail. You could tell the frame was a very cheap frame. Mine was starting to fall apart in one of the corners. The cut out wasn't even put in the frame. It's a very good idea. It just needs to be presented better with a better looking frame (at least one that's not falling apart) and the cut out ready to go in the frame."

TERRIBLE QUALITY January 05, 2012
"This item looks great on the website, but dont let it fool you. It is cheap and ugly. When I received the product, the cut outs hadn't even been removed from the letters and the "black background" is just a piece of construction paper taped the to back of the white cardboard. There was fingerprints all over the front of the cardboard, and lastly, the cardboard piece didn't even fit inside the frame. I couldn't even bring myself to gift the item. I used the frame and created my own collage. I threw away the cut out cardboard, and I will never be ordering from this company again."
