cute ornament but head is thinly attached May 19, 2011
"I ordered this ornament and the first one that arrived had the head broken off. The neck area is rather thin. I contacted Customer Service and it was immediately replaced at no cost to me. The second one arrived promptly and is in good condition. It won't tolerate any rough handling, however."
