"I ordered this for my mom. The lines provided on the order page state "line 1...line2.." and so on. However, the lines as I entered them (which were names of children, one per line in birth order plus 3 blank lines for additional children) were completely out of order. I was not happy. My oldest nephew's name should have been the first flower, but that one was blank, as we're the following 2. Then his name was in the middle of the flowers. What in the world happened and what is the purpose of the line by line order? I have 5 nephews and two sons, all of whose names were all over and in no order that matched what I had input. How hard is it to place the names in order- any order. There was none whatsoever- completely randomly placed. This is why I gave it 3 stars. The gift was basically ruined. My mom only complained that it was wrong. She is not a polite person, so i got to hear it. I should just return it. I still may do that. This just was irritating to me that she did not even seem to like it. Her problem, yes, but I won't order from here again."
