"I am a big fan of Personal Creations and have ordered multiple items.I am always very pleased with the quality. When I received the tumblers I ordered for my daughters, I was disappointed. Their names were put on the cups with what looked like stickers. Hope springs eternal, but I don't anticipate the personalization on the cups will last long. :( The tumbler's are cute but NOT! what I expected as far as quality from this company!"

"Such cute cups, just wish I'd known they weren't machine washable! :/ seems as if most other tumbler cups have the designs in between layers of plastic. You can actually feel the stickers on the outsides of these cups.."
