"This ornament was given to me after my father passed away. I have treasured it ever since. A friend of mine recently lossed her mother. I sent this to her with her Mom's name on it. "Merry Christmas from Heaven is a great gift for someone grieving a loved one. I was disappointed in a change to the personalization- only the years could be listed rather than the entire DOB-DOD. I even tried to have the dates listed in the message section but was told that the years would be listed underneath, being redundant. We received one of these ornaments when our son passed and it reads: In Loving Memory, his name, DOB-DOD. Having our son pass away so young, it was very meaningful to have every day of his life recognized. I wish there was more freedom with the personalization features like it use to be."

"The ONLY negative I have, you should be able to choose dates or not. As in I had friend you lost 3 loved ones this year and the date box - I had to choose one loved one. You should be able to just put 2012. Just my opinion."
