"The ornament could be so cute. But my first order came with the "Grandma" sticker over the ribbon hole so I had to poke a hole through the word. When they offered to send me a replacement, they spelled Grandma's name wrong. I give up."

"The item is really too large and heavy for an ornament...more like a small plaque. The personalization is too tiny, too light, and terrible font. I had five names, but there were six decals - so one is blank and it looks odd. I thought they customized the number of decals to fit the ornament. Also the decals were very small, and the personalization even miniature. I am hoping this gift will be used, but I doubt that I will ever see it on their tree. Last year I gave them the bears in the station wagon with the tree on top...that was 10x better than this one."
