Don't order this!!! June 19, 2011
"I wish I would have read the other review before ordering!! The names are written so tiny & light......can't read them at all. And when it says it will personalize.....that doesn't mean on the back side w/grandparents name.....i ended up with a mug saying "my grandpa mike walk all over me" I assumed the "my grandkids walk all over me" was on one side & the personalization of their name was on the other. Just received item today and they are closed. Hope I have as good of luck w/a refund as the other customer because I ordered 2 different ones!! This is the first time i have been dissappointed in anything from this company though!"

"These look cute in the picture - but they really are not worth the money - you can barely read the names on the footprints - I will say that the customer service rep was very willing to help me out in getting a refund. that alone is the reason i will be a repeat customer."
