"We love the bread box, however we are not pleased with the personal stencil on the front. All 3 rows of words are crooked, so very cock eyed to look at, and one of the letters was raised, so not put on correctly. We are actually thinking of sending it back for a replacement."

The quality of the personalization is disappointing. February 05, 2013
"The lettering on the breadbox had bubbling in it. It was not anything I could fix. I called to explain how there was about 5 letters that had bubbles that I could not rub out or fix. The woman was very kind and said she would send out another one. Unfortunately, the second one that was shipped was even worse than the first one. Not only were there bubbling under the letters, some of the letters were crooked and placed unevenly. Very disappointing. Breadbox is nice but personalization done poorly."
