"I was very disappointed in this product. They pieces are cheap and tear easily. I thought the puzzle would at least have a glossy finish like normal puzzles. It is vert dull with no glossy finish. Very disappointed."

"Fun personalized gift. The color was somewhat faded or muted from the original photo and the puzzle is very thin. The storage tin is a nice addition to the gift which helps to justify the price which seems a bit high for just a puzzle. We used a family photo for a gift for our grandma who enjoys doing puzzles and she really liked the gift."
