Just send us your pet’s photo, scan it or upload your digital image through our website (it’s fast and easy) and we’ll reproduce it on this unique keepsake. If your digital photo is scanned or uploaded, the original image must be a minimum of 300 dpi for the best quality reproduction. We then laser engrave any name, up to 10 characters, and any 2 memorial years. Measures 7 1/4" H x 5 1/2" W x 1 1/4" D.

"The Acrylic Pet Memorial was so beautiful. We sent it to our daughter and son in law in Australia after he lost his dog of 17 years. He was so touched he cried. As far as the purchase though, the price of the acrylic piece was reasonable, but the cost of having any of this sites items sent is very high. I would not buy something from this site unless I really loved it."

"I was on the fence about ordering this for my mother for Christmas because I really didn't think that it would look like her dog. I read the reviews and most were good but not all. Well guess what when I got it and opened it I was in complete shock. It was amazing how much it looked like her wonderful dog of 14 years. She loved it so much . Best thing she has ever received. "Our 13 year old therapy dog passed over the rainbow bridge five days ago. I had told my sister when it happen. Five days later when I came home I found this package from Personal Creations. Inside was this gorgeous picture of my dog Joey with his dates. It is the nicest way to memorialize a pet and is such a beautiful plaque that would fit anywhere. It's really quite beautiful and such a thoughtful gift. I can't believe that it had arrived so quickly too. Great work Personal creations. Definitely recommend it."
