"I saw some earlier reviews that were not favorable. My tile is beautiful! The painting size fits the size of the tile, and it's more detailed than I expected. My only suggestion is that I didn't really want 3 lines of print, but it was required."

Hit or miss June 07, 2012
"As a realtor, I have ordered several of these tiles as closing gifts for my clients. And I have to say it is very hit and miss when it comes to the final product. Some end up looking very much like the home and the picture you submit while others don't resemble them at all. The last one I ordered I had to completely repaint and touch up to look more complete. The colors were off and there was not enough detail. The house was also placed a little crooked on the tile. When they turn out right they are the best gift you could give, but when they don't you better know someone that knows how to paint and make it look a little better."

Great gift, especially for military families, but watch quality January 08, 2012
"We have ordered 4 of these, both for us and as gifts. The first 3 turned out excellent. The last was horrible. Luckily it was for us and not a gift. PC said to resubmit and they would cover the cost for a reprint. Colors were off, roof wasn't finished, etc. They did do a nice job of including some of the house that was in the picture but had to be cropped in the image upload. This is excellent for those that move often and like to remember their prior homes. We have a display of our old homes with these tiles and love to give this as a moving gift for friends or family. Second or third line of text often is partially obscured by sky, depending on how many lines you have. It would be nice to have it left justified rather than centered."

"I was hesitant to purchase this gift after reading the reviews but I am glad to have made the purchase. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and likeness of the finished product. My only disappointed was the requirement for 3 lines of copy. The photo in the catalog only shows two lines and I would have much preferred two lines but a call to customer service confirmed the need for three lines - no exceptions. All in all a beautiful gift I would give again."

"I was very disappointed in the artwork and color. It looked nothing like my house. It looked like a child had painted it. I have ordered from Personal Creations many times and have loved everything except this. I ordered the Christmas ornament and tile and will not be displaying either one."
