Overall - pleased with the product May 09, 2012
"I was quite pleased with how quickly the order was processed and shipped. The frame and print were in good condition. The only problem I encountered was that the glass and back side of the frame were very loose. This was easily remedied, however, by placing some extra pieces of cardboard inside the frame to tighten everything up. I haven't yet given the gift, but am sure it will be well received."

Picture printed on flimsy paper, cheap plastic frame, poorly assembled. November 12, 2011
"After the rave reviews for this item, I was surprised at what I received. The picture is nice but it's printed on thin, flimsy paper. The frame is plastic and it had numerous nicks and scratches. Also, the cardboard that was used to hold the picture in place in the frame, was too small so the picture was not held tightly and kept shifting in the frame. I had to disassemble both prints I bought and put larger pieces of cardboard in them. Additionally, there were imperfections in the print and I had to use a black Sharpie to fill in the white spots that appeared in the picture. I did all this because the prints arrived one day before I was giving them as gifts and I HAD to make them work. They were well received only because I took the time to cover up all the problems."
