"it came in tiny bag, i didn`t even know that,its my 3 piece order when i open my mail box.. quality of the bag not good at all,look like from dollar store, and name made with some stickers. i am afraid they gonna come out later. If u wanna buy backpack with your child name on it, its better buy the one from Sesame street characters,and pay a little more. Because i ordered that one earlier for my daughters friend,and it was way better then this one,which i purchased for my son:(....Also first time they include catalog,bunch of coupons to my order,and this one nothing!:)"

"I ordered this backpack for my daughter to use for dance class and it's very cute and the perfect size to hold her ballet & tap shoes. My only complaint with personal creations is the personalization fee which no other personalization company charges -- especially since it's the basis for the company!!"
