"purchased this for my 6-year-old for first grade. She is very happy with it. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it is a bit "flimsy" or not as sturdy as I expected a backpack to be, but it should suffice for the grade she is in."

"The back pack was very pretty and looked very nice. Average in quality. However, then I notice a few black smudges on the bottom the back pack. I tried to clean it, but the black stain would not come out. I called customer service and they sent a replacement within a week. Excellent customer service."
