"I received by cross for my grandson's first communion yesterday & was very dissappointed. The quality did not match what I paid for it & if broke right where the name was glued on. I Now I have to try & fix to make it look good as it will probably break off again when I give it to my grandson."

Very disappointed in the product May 29, 2012
"When my son was opening the communion gift it broke as the cross was taped to the packing paper. The wood was very thin and flimsey. I would not recommend this as a keepsake as eventually it would break. Personal Creations was wonderful in that they gladly refunded our money and we ordered a different item."

Not worth the money May 24, 2012
"I bought this cross for my oldest son. When it came in, I was disappointed because the coat of white paint on top of the cross was too thin so the wood was showing through. The bottom looked better except it had a small scratch. Since it was small, I decided to take care of it instead of complaining. I buffed it gently with a drop of soft scrub and it disappeared. However, as I was wiping it, the letters of the name broke in half."
