"I love the ornament itself. Very simple, classy, and won't get stashed away in a couple years (or couple months) never to be seen again, only to take up storage space. This is something that can be taken out and cherished every year at Christmas. The only negative I have is I would've liked to see a better hanging option. It comes with a gold type ribbon that is actually already tied in a bow when it arrives, although it's not attached to the ornament. So, the bow that's made is nice, but you have to untie it to get it on. Also, the type of ribbon doesn't hold a bow very well. It comes out easily."

"A great gift - only problem was gold ribbon that was to be used for hanging the ornament. Once you cut ribbon, it was very difficult having it hold in a knot so that you could re-tie for hanging...ended up having to use another type of ribbon, which I had to purchase..costing me money"

"Good quality glass ornament. It is flat not round so you can hang it in a window or on a Christmas tree. I wish you can have more engraved on it. You are only allowed 18 characters on one line. It looks like more than one line is available but it's not an option. I also believe a gift box option should be available, but it is not."
