"Over all I was pleased with this frame just wish it was a solid black, also you need to be careful when inserting the pics it can be very tricky to get the glass to slide. I was EXTREMELY pleased with customer service I ordered 5 of these one came broke and I was SHOCKED at how quickly customer service sent me a new replacement with out any hassle. This company is worth doing business with you will get an original, high end gift at a reasonable price!"
