Cute but poor quality...excellent customer service...so far... October 12, 2012
"I thought these dolls were so cute and would make a good gift for my niece when her new little sister was born. Unfortunately, the quality of sewing of the hair left the "big sister" doll with a wide bald spot between her bangs and her hair line and the "little sister" doll's head/face lopsided. Their names were spelled correctly and their smocks very cute but the dolls themselves were just not quality. Customer service was great. Sadly, the replacement dolls were worse quality sewing than the first ones, one of the names was misspelled on the dress, and one of the purses holding the bear had it's strap broken. Now, my new niece is almost a month old and I still don't have the gift I hoped for her big sister. But, customer service is working to make things right. Kudos to Personal Creations for having such a top notch customer service commitment. Hopefully, they can work out the quality issues with these sweet dolls."
