My stocking had to be replaced not once but twice before they sent me one of acceptable quality. October 12, 2012
"The first stocking I recieved was missing 2 of the three buttons. The second stocking I recieved had all the buttons but my sons name was off center placed in the top left hand corner. Yikes that is not acceptable to me. I expect to recieve a product of the same quality of that in which I placed my order upon."
