"I gave this as a gift and when it was opened I was upset to see that the black frame was splintered in many places. The person receiving the gift was pleasant and said he would use a black sharpie to fix the flaws, but I rather just replace it and get a better frame. I have not contacted Personal Creations about exchanging the item because we have been out of town. Overall, I would not order this again because we will probably spend double the $$ re-framing it."

"I like the overall look of the framed letters, however, some letters were not what I expected. The name I ordered had a 'C' and 'Y' and the photos were not obviously those letters.
