"Although it's true that the colors and detail aren't as sharp as the picture shows, it's still a cute ornament with an 'antiquey/ hand-made' feel. It's a great ornament if you want to personalize a lot of names and/or words. The ornament also has a 3-D effect with toy characters placed all around Santa, facing outward. There is some assembly involved- the list needs to be attached to the ornament and this can be tricky. If you can't do it yourself, find someone who has a lot of patience and fine hand-eye coordination!"

"I wish the list that attaches to the ornament would be more secure. I do not see it lasting if it continues to fall off. The painting of the ornament seems kind of messy as well. I am glad I purchased it but thought the price was a bit high for the quality of work."

"Thi product appeared to be very nice online. When product arrived a piece of the ornament was bent and the personalization was almost too small to read. I buy a new family ornament every year and this is one I would not recomend to others."

"I ordered 2 of these with names and year. Nice size and such a cute idea, bright colors. I was looking for something I could put childrens names plus the family pet without it looking like the pet was another child. So happy with just the names listed. One of the ornaments had the names all smeared but very quickly Personal Creations made it right. So pleased with their customer service. I would order from them again over and over without reservation"
