"The tie I got was absolutely fantastic. I recommend is you are going to get a tie and add a picture that you make certain that you read the requirements about the photo that must be uploaded. Other reviews said about the picture being blurry, I am guessing this is because people do not realize that you cannot simply upload any picture - you must have a photo editing program to make sure it meets all requirements. Again - the tie was perfect - very good quality."

"My husband and I ordered 3 custom ties that we decided we "needed" for a special occasion on a Monday; by Thursday our ties had been delivered! This exceeded our expectations, and more than met our needs (based on last minute planning...). In general we were pleased with the ties, but not thrilled. My husband has two other photo ties both from different companies. On them the quality of the image is much sharper, even though the original photo for all the ties was the same quality image. The ties met our needs, but I am not satisfied with the image quality. I was VERY pleased with the customer service, but I don't know of any recourse for the quality issue."

"Overall, I am happy with the tie and have bought 5 of them, 1 for each of the past 4 years for my two girls. (one is 1 years old). Overall, I am happy and get great compliments. My only complaint is that some of the ties tend to lose their threads in the back and fall apart after extensive use. Of the 5, 1 of them is unwearable as the back fell apart and the other is losing its thread. The others are great and I wear these ties all the time."
