"Nice gift! Ordered 2 different puzzles, one for a youth and one for my dad of a recently deceased pet. I took all the reviews into account before ordering. I was sure to choose photos that were rich in color so some fading in processing would not effect the outcome. They are thin pieces but I knew they would be framed at some point. I feel the "personalization charge" should be included in the price ~ after all, it is the product. Very happy with the outcome, and the reactions they received. Thank you."

Very disappointed in this product date: December 07, 2011
"I ordered a photo of our dog (whom we no longer have) for my husband for Christmas, however I am very disappointed in the product and do not even want to give this gift to my husband. The color of the puzzle is very faded and does not match the actual color of our dog. He was black and white as he was in the photo for the puzzle, however the puzzle is a dull gray. It is also very thin and poor quality. I am very disappointed for the amount I paid for this product (along with a few other products I ordered from this site that I was also not satisfied with). This puzzle was supposed to be a memorable, meaningful gift. but now I feel it is just a waste of money."

"I received this as a xmas gift a few years back it was the 552 pc one..we put the puzzle together, and then framed it and its been on the wall ever since..people love it as the picture was taken with a beautiful scenic background of my betterhalf and me, they are amazed when they see it is a puzzle !! we just love the tin (i make homemade fudge and keep it in there) only wish that you would sell the Tin with picture by itself..I have people on my list that i would buy that for but they are not people who like to do puzzles and would be a waste of money to pay for both...i keep returning to website to see if u can buy just the tin..no luck so far..."

The Photo Puzzle: A Unique Gift; but, heed this Warning. date: September 17, 2011
"The jigsaw puzzle I ordered was a beautiful photo of my sister-in-law to give my brother for Xmas. The photo in the puzzle is as beautiful as the original, i.e. no distortion, no fuzziness, correct color. I am disappointed in the quality, however, in that the puzzle is very thin. Additionally, many large sections had not been separated. When I carefully tried to take it apart, the back tore a bit with every piece I removed. I expected a slightly thicker puzzle overall, for a such a special, personalized gift. And, absolutely, the puzzle should have been cut completely through and pieces separated prior to shipping. With these improvements, my rating would be a High Five Stars instead of only Three."

"The picture quality on the puzzle was terrible. It looked like the printer that printed it was low on ink. The puzzle had none of the color that was in photo or on tin.I had ordered it as a gift and was very disappointed."
