"For awhile my husband kept asking for a new picture of us to keep at work. They were all on the computer and I hadn't gotten a chance to print and frame one. The mug arrived on my husband's birthday and he LOVED it!! He took it to work the next day and uses it on a regular basis. I'm even thinking about ordering another for myself. :)"

"The overall mug quality was good, the pictures look really nice and went over great with the people that I gave them to as gifts, but unfortunately I didn't read all of the reviews before I ordered or I would have realized that you don't need to waste a lot of time on your "free personalization" as the message doesn't get printed on the mug. Should make that more clear on the ordering website in my opinion. Overall I liked the mug, but my enthusiasm was tempered since it wasn't quite what I was expecting."

Didn't get personalization and poor cropping.... date: June 27, 2011
"I ordered two of these one of each color. One was for my grandmother for her birthday and one was for my dad for father's day. I was disappointed to see the personal message I took the time to craft was not printed on either cup. If you are going to offer free personalization you should actually deliver it. Very disappointed. Also they allowed me to crop the photo but put a big black square where I cropped it. To me that is sloppy but since it the only one I actually got to see was black it didn't bug my dad."
