"Do not buy this item. It is a nice sized heart charm, but the quality of the image is extremely poor. The image is blurry and you will more than likely have to replace to necklace that comes with it as it is too small for an average adult. It would make a great gift if the picture did not give you a headache for looking at it for more than 30 seconds."

"I ordered this for my grandson to give to his mother on Mother's Day. I just received it today and it;s beautiful, the pic looks great, the chain is good, all my friends loved it. I have ordered another one for my other daughter and it will be from her daughter. I had to re=send another pic cause the first one was not good. "The heart shaped pendent was just what I was hoping for. What you must keep in mind is to make certain you understand the requirements of the picture that you are uploading. Mine pendent came out great - other complained that there's were blurry. I am guessing it is because they did not understand the requirements for the photos. You cannot simple upload any photo - it must meet the requirements. If not you cannot blame the seller. The reason i did not give it 5 stars is because the chain was cheap and ugly. I simple went to Wal-mart and spent 10 dollars on a nicer chain. Because this was exactly what I wanted I am very satisfied with the pendent itself."

"I was so excited when I received my pendant in the mail, but when I opened the package, I nearly cried. The picture was all blurry, almost as if it were supposed to be 3D, and it was severely enlarged, not at all like I had cropped it. I couldn't even tell what was in the picture! Plus the engraving on the front was crooked. This was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift. I was VERY disappointed in this product, and I would NOT recommend anyone else buying it."
