"I am not impressed at all with this product. I was really hoping for something cute and simple to give my niece for Christmas. This arrived and the photo is so dark (I converted a color to b&w) and it was not portrayed that way when I approved it on the ordering screen. It looked great. And worst of all, I can deal with the photo being a bit dark, the zipper does not track properly. It has a seam inside the case that is right up next to the zipper and it not only gets caught inside it when you try to zip it, but the zipper toggle is torqued and the zipper does not have a smooth gliding motion. It sticks constantly. I am planning to contact customer service because I would be embarrassed to give this as a gift."

"This cosmetic bag is a very good size, bigger than others I've bought at the local drugstore. It's also nicely made, kinda "cushy" actually. The zipper works easily (often they don't on these things). Of course what makes it so special is the picture. On mine is a picture of me, as a child, sitting on my Mom's lap as we're reading a book together. Her hair's in curlers, which is fitting with a cosmetic bag. Having lost my Mom recently, it's nice having tangible memories of her on so many items. Thanks, Personal Creations."
