"I have been ordering these plates for years for grandchildren; nieces & nephews; as well as children of special friends. The quality has diminished over the years. The plate was smaller and had several scratches and scrapes. Just not the quality I was used to. The parents of this latest new baby were pleased, though. Iwill continue to order for the next two new babies coming soon."

"ordered 4 of these for grandchildren in last month. was quite disappointed in the quality of the pewter and to some extent the overall artistry of the product. i would consider their redeeming quality retaining the specifics of a newborn, which in itself is nice."

"I purchased one of these for my daughter 5 years ago and it is beautiful. I have had two children since then and I am holdiing off on purchasing two more plates in hopes the 'old' style of plate returns which allows for the last name to be included. Please bring back the old style with the last name included on the plate."

"I was so pleased to find this plate. I have something very much like this that an Aunt gave me for my children. My plates are painted pottery and have long since dissapeared from the marketplace. I hoped this would be a nice replacement for the current generation. I have a new Greatneice and am having a second Grandchild that will get one of these in February. I'm even going to get my already 3 year old Grandson one. The detail is wonderful and the pewter is nice weight, it will go anywhere in any decor."
