A little flimsy... date: March 01, 2012
"This print is gorgeous, and I love that about it. The frame has no hanging hardware with it or on it. (not that I found in the huge box of packing peanuts anyway, lol, so it's possible it WAS included and I did not find it.) The print itself slides around in the frame horribly, and is extremely thin. I wouldn't recommend it based on that. They should sell the print seperate from the frame, and I would have been much happier!"

"Overall, I loved the personalized print. The only real issue was that there were two (slightly noticeable) scratches in the glass. I also am not sure why the cardboard coverings on the corners of the frame were stapled to it. Since I left those in place for wrapping purposes, I'm not sure how the frame looked once each was removed."
