"I received the key ring as a gift and the charms are adorable. However, the key ring kept opening and I lost one of the charms. A few days later, one of the charms broke off. I loved the gift but disappointed in the quality. I would, however, probably order replacements if they were available without ordering the key ring or chain just because I like having the set."

"I received this as a gift and was absolutely delighted with it. Couldn't have been happier and the grandchildren enjoyed finding their own charm. However, in less than three weeks, one of the bodies simply broke off from the head. Very disappointing -- this was not abused and now not being able to order a replacement charm renders it unusable. Certainly can't have a grandson looking and not finding his initial or body! Disappointed."
