The tile in the middle of the metal frame is not a tile - it's a Sticker. date: March 30, 2011
"The initial is printed on a piece of paper that sticks to the metal covering on the block frame. I can actually take my finger nail and pick the bottom of the "sticker.""

"This was purchased as a gift for my sister-in-law and I was pleased when I got it. It looked the way I expected it to based on the pictures provided. My one beef was that during the checkout process they charged extra for personalization...um, isn't the whole point of this item the fact that it is a personalized decoration? I know they have some products that are fine to buy without personalizing, but really, this would just be a blank metal tile otherwise. Personalization should have already been included in the price."
