"When I first stumbled across this gift for my Dad, I thought it was a great idea. However, when it was arrived I was disappointed at how it was of lower quality than I had expected. The letters are in fact stickers, and there were a few scratches on the frame. I contacted Personal Creations, however, and their customer service was fantastic! they immediately shipped me a new one at no charge, with no visible scratches. I was very pleased overall with my experience."
