"This is a cute ornament and special because of the personalization. It is more delicate than I thought it would be and despite their great packaging, one decorative piece had fallen off in the bag. "I could tell that it was pain-stakingly packed for shipment with alot of plastic around the balloons. However, may I suggest a hard card-board paper for the balloons to rest against might be a better way to send others in the future, since the balloon strings are so fragile. The one balloon got separated from the rest and was bent backward...I was afraid it would fall off when I tried to straighten it. But all is well, and it did not break off."
