The engraving is inconsistent date: April 18, 2012
"I had to ask that a replacement be sent because the engraving on the first was not clean and crisp across the entire surface. When the replacement came, part of the surface appeared to have residue on it that would not come off. The engraving was clearer, but not of the quality I would have desired. I considered requesting a replacement again, but I would have thought better care would have been taken the second time around."
